Matt Fox
My name is Matthew Fox (aka Matt Fox). I am an American and native of California. I was raised a few hundred kilometers North East of the Silicon Valley, in the Sacramento Valley- at the Western foothills and base of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. I graduated with Cum Laude distinction and honors from the California State University, Chico in 1995.
I bought my first real estate rental property in 2001. My professional life has been steeped in computer and internet technology, with key management roles and decisions I excelled in tasks dependent on project management, product development, technical outside sales, computer network management, application & internet site development, domain management, fulfillment & inventory management, and operational process analysis.
From 1997 to 2008 I owned the domain betterhomes.com, and I am confident in saying that I was many years ahead of the curve at developing the marketable and commercial skills associated with analyzing and monetizing internet traffic.
I am a Licensed California Real Estate Agent (License 01896170) and a REALTOR®. I work out of the Betteker Realty Services office in Escondido, California. I manage real property, and I’m interested in multi-family, extended family renovations, custom home subdivisions in San Diego and Calaveras county, California.
In addition to being a licensed agent, I am the lead business developer at FlareTag.com. We are technology start-up from San Diego, CA and we are focused on engineering internet mobile and social facebook applications for the Real Estate market.
My interests in finding new real estate partnerships and technology alliances are intense. I thrive on education and the learning of new concepts, organizing, listening to points of view, social discussion, and finding answers to problems.
