With a list that exceeds the essentials such as google documents, google calendar,  google analytics,  google adwords, google earth… what’s not to love about google? Hold your tongue.

After many years of relying on the google.com products I realize I would be subject to performing several hours of research, testing, and integration  to replace the service and functionality that would be absent or lost without google.   Try it sometime.

I remember when google maps was a “Keyhole” service.  A profound moment the first time I viewed seemless satellite images of the earth, my home, schools I had attended, etc., Stay tuned to what I do with the google maps.

Yesterday I smiled as I listened as two shoppers at Fry’s continue the age-old ongoing debate between Windows and Mac users.

My conclusion is that google is the answer.  What does Search + Chrome OS + Android = ?  Marketing slot machine and continued dominance as the world’s largest Information Casino.

Google will remain my dog in this fight.

Currently I need to locate a residential property in North West Valley Center 92082 near Lilac RD or West Lilac road or in the 92026 near Old Castle Road and Circle Ranch Road area.  The desired price range is $200,00 to $400,000.  Preferred terms are 20% down, $1,700 monthly with no balloon payment for 15 years.

If you are reading this I am still looking for an owner financed residential property sale in Valley Center, CA.

Also if you have experience  selling or buying your property with owner financing and have any tips for me please contact me. I would like to know your thoughts on owner financing from the perspective of the seller and buyer. Contact Matt Fox. I’m located in North San Diego County, California.

As a property manager, I am looking for advantages that will keep my property rented and increase my capacity to efficiently manage additional rentals.  Ed Culbertson (aka Mountain Ed) introduced Tenant Pro7 to us recently in a Real Estate Property Management Course I attended at Mira Costa College in Oceanside, California.  I installed the software on a laptop.

Download and installation went smoothly.  It does feel a little “windowish” but it offers some quickbooks integration. So I’ll put in some more time to review it and find out what I can from people that use it currently…

Drop a line if you would like to teach or attend an 8 hour introduction workshop on Tenant Pro7 and participate in a discussion group about potential web “extension”,  ”plugins”, iphone and ipad applications for porting Real Estate data on August 6 and 7th, 2010.  The workshop will be a small group of two to eight real estate property professionals, book keepers, web developers, a user interface designer and myself.  This workshop will be presented in Escondido, CA.

If you have a recommendation for property management software that you feel is a wiser value than Tenant Pro7 please contact me or post it here!
